This position is located at the Minchinbury head office and sites spread from Windsor down to Nowra, and from Penrith to Ashfield with further expansion plans for 2018. They currently have a total staff of +-1270 employees, employed in full-time, part-time and casual capacities and support over 2,500 clients daily.

About the opportunity
The Finance Team are one of the back bones of Afford, and have made the transition within the accounting practices, due to the changes brought on by the NDIS rollout, with relative ease, allowing them to remain in a strong and attractive financial position. The CFO will provide strategic and operational leadership of corporate services to support the financial growth, corporate governance and corporate development of Afford and is responsible for overseeing the accounting of $60 million revenue, a payroll of $34 million per year and ICT.

About the candidate
Our client is seeking a commercially minded executive to lead the strategic direction, development and delivery of financial strategies and corporate financial management. You will demonstrate an ability to understand all aspects of their business quickly and display a proactive approach to your leadership and contribution to the executive team. Previous experience in an executive role is essential.

CPA qualified, you will have extensive accounting experience and have excellent technical accounting skills. You will also have the confidence to engage and influence across the organisation.
