This 37 bed private medical rehabilitation hospital is looking for a motivated and skilled Nurse Manager to manage their Nursing Services.

As part of an enthusiastic team of managers, this position reports to the General Manager. Your role is to manage the day to day and strategic requirements of nursing services and related human and physical resources of this hospital. You will have excellent leadership skills and a commitment to providing quality nursing services.

Essential criteria:
• Registered Nurse NSW
• Minimum 3 years management experience
• A commitment to evidence based nursing practice
• Outstanding communication, leadership and decision making skills
• Demonstrated experience in cost management
• Post Graduate qualifications will be well regarded as will experience in a rehabilitation environment
