Human Resources Manager - Hunter Valley

Set in Scone in the beautiful Upper Hunter Valley of NSW, our client, Strathearn, has been providing high quality care for over thirty years to residents from independent living through to high level residential care. This is a newly created role at a time of significant positive change and development.
Reporting directly to the CEO and as part of a senior management team, your focus is to develop and implement effective human resources frameworks, policies and procedures that ensure Strathearn’s ability to attract, retain, develop and manage a highly engaged, caring and committed workforce. Also to provide leadership and management of HR services which are cost effective and aligned with Strathearn’s strategic business plans.
To be successful in this role you will possess appropriate tertiary qualifications with at least 5 years extensive experience as a generalist HR practitioner preferably gained from areas within the Aged Care industry and/or Health industry.
