Our client is recognised as the leading provider of aged care in a community situated approximately 4 km southwest of the historic town of Camden in NSW.

Reporting to the Chief Executive you will provide clinical leadership, strategic direction and operational support to our client’s Residential Services.

You will develop, lead and support:-

• An outstanding team of facility managers, assuring the delivery of quality contemporary person-centred care, regulatory compliance and sustainability.
• Strategic alliances with area health services, professionals, Government and non-Government organisations, tertiary academic institutions, and Divisions of General Practice to assure the organisation’s residential care capability is industry-leading.

You are an RN with a minimum of 5 years post grad management experience. You may have experience working in aged care in the not for profit/public and/or private health care sector.

If you have strong people management skills, conceptual abilities, sound financial management experience, the capacity to influence, motivate and facilitate change then we would like to hear from you.
