Operations Manager - Sydney Metropolitan Area

The successful applicant will meet the following criteria:
• Extensive experience in a senior management role including service planning and development
• Knowledge of psychosocial and mental health related treatment options
• Proven problem solving and people management skills
• Sound financial knowledge in managing a substantial operating budget
• The ability to identify, implement and manage quality systems and to ensure compliance with OH&S and risk management standards
• Superior communication skills, written and verbal with proficient computer skills
• Tertiary qualifications in the behavioural sciences or a health related discipline and demonstrated experience and knowledge of residential care, psychiatric rehabilitation, and/or mental health
• Current NSW Driver’s licence
