As part of the Western Region of UnitingCare Ageing NSW.ACT, Mayflower Aged Care Centre is an innovative and integrated community centre on ageing which delivers comprehensive and holistic high quality aged and community care services. An exciting opportunity exists for a Clinical Care Manager (DDON) to lead the team to deliver excellence in care.

Working closely with and reporting to the Care Service Manager of this 146 bed facility, your primary objective will be to act as a clinical consultant for nursing care matters, overseeing staff and services provided and relieving in the absence of the Clinical Care Manager (DON).

You possess strong communication, relationship management and team building skills as well as experience in quality, education and
improving client outcomes in the residential aged care sector. You will have a current NSW Nurse Registration and a commitment to Uniting Care Ageing’s mission, vision and values. Computer literacy is important.
