As the largest region of UnitingCare Ageing NSW.ACT, Western Region, based in Penrith, this includes western Sydney and extends to western NSW (including rural and remote communities) and has an annual budget of $60m.

Reporting to the Regional Director and as part of the Regional Executive team, you will have:

• Proven success in the effective management, development and enhancement of services for retirement living communities
• Demonstrated high level competencies in property development, capital works and programmed maintenance programs ideally within either a health or aged care environment
• Experience in successfully managing significant contracts with suppliers of services

You will have relevant tertiary qualifications as well as a minimum 5 years senior management experience working in aged care in the not for profit/public and/or private health sector. If you have strong people management skills and the capacity to facilitate change in large and often complex environments, then we would like to hear from you.
