Executive Director of Residential Care Services –Western Region, UnitingCare Ageing

As the largest region of UnitingCare Ageing NSW.ACT, Western Region includes Western Sydney and extends to western NSW (including rural and remote communities) and has an annual budget of $70m.

Reporting to the Regional Director and as a member of the Regional Management team and the Care Leadership team of UnitingCare Ageing, you will develop, lead and support:

• An outstanding team of facility managers, assuring the delivery of quality contemporary person-centred care, regulatory compliance and sustainability
• Strategic alliances with area health services, professionals, Government agencies, organisations, tertiary academic institutions and associations to assure the region’s residential care capability is industry-leading

You are an RN with a minimum of 5 years post grad management experience. You may have experience working in aged care in the not for profit/public and/or private health care sector.

If you have strong people management skills, conceptual abilities, the capacity to influence, motivate people and facilitate change in large and often complex environments, then we would like to hear from you.
