Regional Director – South Eastern, UnitingCare Ageing

UnitingCare Ageing South Eastern region is one of seven, with an annual budget of $53m. This Region has significant presence in residential and community care services and self care villages, with capacity for growth and development. They have numerous cutting-edge developments underway, which may include affordable housing, underpinned by the development of innovative service models. As part of ‘something bigger’ the region seeks to further align regional business plans with organisational strategic objectives, to exceed client expectations and operational performance targets across all areas of the region. As Regional Director, you will be based in Wollongong. You will report to both the Director and Regional Board Chairperson, and be supported by an executive team. To be successful in this role you have a complement of:

• extensive experience in Senior Executive leadership roles – aged care essential
• a desire to work within the Mission, Vision and Values of UnitingCare Ageing
• a ‘can-do’ attitude, with the willingness to embrace and lead change
• strong results-orientation
• effective leadership capabilities and strategic planning experience
• service model development experience
• capacity to develop high functioning teams and relationships with key stakeholders
• tertiary qualifications in human services, business or related field
